The SZZ-ETB is an interlocking unit where most of the logic and signaling connections are done by relay circuits. The SZZ-ETB provides the operating and maintenance personnel comfort comparable with electronic interlocking systems. It is capable of being connected to remote controlled systems and other superior computer systems including simplified control places.

The ESA® 11v a ESA® 11d are types of electronic interlocking units produced by AŽD Praha, intended for the operation on siding and factory tracks and mining railways. The operation of mining machinery is directly dependent on the quick replacing of full vehicles for empty ones.
