General description

- the basic function is the pushing of the adjacent tongue into the tongue support and its holding in end position
- intended for points where the adjacent tongues must lie on the tongue supports
- minimum maintenance requirements
- high resistance against the railroad environment
Basic technical description
- formed by a support jaw, disc springs and a two side lever with a rotary guide roller
- the force created by pressing the spring affects the tongue flange via the lever and rotary guide roller and presses the tongue into the support
- a force of about 1,8kN is applicated on the adjacent tongue
- in the distant position the rotary guide roller is pushed under the tongue flange
- the thrusting chair are adjusted to the UIC 60 and S 49 set
