Train Detection Equipment

Track circuits

Double rail track circuits are used for detecting track occupancy. The KO-3103 track circuits are supplied by a bi-phase voltage 2 x 220 V, 75 Hz with a 90° phase shift.

KOA1 – Electronic track circuits

The KOA1 are double rail track circuits limited by insulated joints. They are used on lines electrified by 25 kV, 50 Hz or 15 kV, 16 2/3 Hz traction current systems, by direct current traction current system lines of 3 kV or by 1,5 kV or 0,75 kV and non-electrified lines.

PZN-1 axle counter

The PZN-1 axle counter is a system used for detecting and counting axles of railway vehicles and then evaluating the occupancy of the track section. Each rail section is defined by up to 8 counting points. Each counting point can be joint for the previous and follow-up section (i.e. input and output).

DT 075 C – Impedance bond

The DT 075 C impedance bond is part of equipment of the double rail track circuits. It is intended to be used on electrified direct current traction current system lines of 3 kV, one phase traction current systems of 25 kV, 50 Hz and on lines with independent traction.

DT 075 E – Impedance bond

The DT 075 E impedance bond is part of equipment of the double rail track circuits. It is intended to be used on electrified direct current traction current system lines of 3 kV, one phase traction current systems of 25 kV, 50 Hz and on lines with independent traction.

STM 0,93B – Impedance bond

The STM 0,93 B impedance bond is part of equipment of the metro double rail track circuits. It enables the transfer of reverse traction, heating or auxiliary currents via insulated joints from one electric track section to another.
