General description
- a set of active and passive elements
- used for the increase in pedestrian safety in the continuously growing traffic
- the system makes the pedestrian on the crossing and the crossing itself strikingly visible mainly by reduced visibility at day or at night
- the system is formed by a special light unit, diode lights embedded in the roadway, pedestrian movement sensors and S7 warning signs and IP6 traffic signs with a reflexive foil
- we also offer horizontal traffic signs with a 3D effect
- the whole set of elements is constructed in compliance with given standards
Basic technical description
- the area for passage is illuminated with clear light with a higher intensity
- on the present or a new post the IP6 "Pedestrian crossing” traffic sign with reflexive foil is installed
- S7 warning flashing lights can be placed on the borders
- diode lights are embedded into the road surface and their vertical illumination makes the crossing visible hundreds of meters away
- it is possible to install horizontal thermoplastic signs that create an illusion of making the road higher then it really is
- using thermoplastic ensures a longer lifetime of the sign in comparison to a classical color spray finish
- the active element and key part of the crossing are movement sensors of pedestrians in the near of the crossing
- the highlighting of the crossing can work in various light modes
