PCB mounting by outlet parts

  • manually, according construction documentation (piece list, configuration drawing, list of parts)
  • manual or mechanical shaping of outlet parts
  • selection of a correct part and its mounting in a correct spot with a correct orientation
  • securing a part against falling out of outlets, shortening of long outlets 
 
   

Mechanical wave soldering

  • SEHO 8040–PCS soldering equipment with a double wave
  • Soldering in protective nitric atmosphere by leadless soldering flux of the SAC type
  • PCB dimensions – (390 x 500) mm (width x length)
  • Spreading soldering flux or adhesive for surface mounting
  • UNIPRINT PM manual printing equipment – print format max. 400 x 410 mm
  • Template free printer of soldering flux/MYDATA MY500 adhesive by JetPrinter

Soldering by remelting of soldering flux /adhesive hardening

  • the entire remelting process in protective nitric atmosphere
  • temperature profiles for remelting leadless and also lead soldering fluxes
  • temperature profile for adhesive hardening used for  SMD wave soldering

Inspection of mounting and soldering-in of PCBs

  • outlet parts - visually (by naked eye or by stereoscopic lens)
  • SMD elements by optical/ GÖPEL OptiCon X-line, X-ray inspection system
    • checked area max. (420 x 370) mm
    • check by the camera system
    • part presence, mounting and polarity
      • soldered contacts and short circuits
      • verification of part type by symbol recognitions
    • check by X-ray
 

Testing, burning-in and checking

  • debugging and function testing of configurations on PCB
  • testing workplace with classical measuring instruments (multi-meters, generators, oscilloscopes, analyzers, power supply sources) and single purpose preparations
  • burning-in under standard working temperature
  • burning-in and testing under increased / decreased temperature in 2 m (width) x 6 m (length) x 2,5 m (height) heat chambers
  • heat chamber with regulation of increased temperature up to + 50 °C
  • heat chamber with low temperature in the range  (between 0 and 40) °C

Installation of vacuum technology in clean premises

  • Technical preparation of electromechanical assemblies
  • Cleaning of construction parts for installation of vacuum technology
  • Installation and testing of electromechanical assemblies for vacuum technology
  • Clean production premises of class 100.000, eventually ISO Class 8
  • (max. 100.000 dust elements size 0,5 μm / 1 ft3 in air)
