Service and maintenance of the telecommunication and signalling systems supplied by AZD Prague s.r.o. is carried out by a independent organizational unit - Division of Signalling and Telecommunication Service (DSE). Service and maintenance activities are performed by the individual service groups and workplaces located throughout the railway network where AŽD Praha systems are installed. Service is provided non-stop 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. The time needed for arrival to the place of failure is max 4 hours.
The principal task of the DSE division consists in providing services within the company´s responsibility for the failure of equipment supplied and produced by AŽD Praha during the warranty period and providing after- warranty service and maintenance of the telecommunication, signalling and information equipment upon the customers needs.
