Service and maintenance of the telecommunication and signalling systems supplied by AZD Praha is carried out by a independent organizational unit - Division of Maintenance of Signalling and Telecommunication Technology (DSE). Service (warranty, post-warranty) and maintenance activities are performed by the individual service groups and workplaces deployed throughout the railway network where AŽD Praha systems have been installed. Service (warranty, post-warranty) is provided non-stop 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. The maximum time to reach the place of failure is 4 hours.
The principal task of the DSE division consists in providing services for the equipment supplied and produced by AŽD Praha during the warranty period and providing after-warranty service and maintenance of the telecommunication, signalling and information equipment upon the customer’s needs.
